
François Ducharme
Director
François Ducharme studied political science and sociology at Université Laval. He is currently completing his training to become a chartered administrator. Over the years, he has taken several specialized courses in business administration and crisis management.
Following his university studies, Mr. Ducharme began his career in communications as a political attaché in the office of Quebec Premier René Lévesque. In 1986, he co-founded Ducharme Perron, which later became HKDP. In the fall of 2011, he co-founded the public affairs and relations agency TACT, where he continues to work today.
Mr. Ducharme has recognized expertise in public and government relations, crisis management and social acceptability. With more than 35 years' experience in strategic consulting, he has developed a keen understanding of many sectors of activity, and the ability to address a wide variety of societal issues with discernment.
François Ducharme served as President of the Chambre de commerce et d'industrie de Québec in 1999. He is a member of several boards of directors, including Kaleido, Jeunes musiciens du monde and the Fondation du musée de la Civilisation.
