Joining Beneva in 2020, Stéphane Morency has over 25 years of experience in strategy and customer-centric transformation in large organizations, mainly in the insurance field. Previously, he led the client transformation of the major financial institution where he worked for 15 years. He has had the opportunity, through various positions, to lead sectors such as strategic planning, marketing, digital, business intelligence, innovation, projects, actuarial and customer experience. Prior to that, he worked as a strategic consultant with executives of large corporations, initially in Europe and then in Canada. He was also a partner in a consulting firm where he was responsible for strategic planning.
Throughout his career, Stéphane has had an impact on organizations, from strategy to implementation, enabling them to refocus on their customers and develop the competitive advantages necessary for their success and sustainability. A known strategist, he has mastered the key areas necessary for customer centricity such as marketing and digital. He was named a marketing visionary by Infopresse in 2019.
He has a bachelor's degree in management from Université Laval and a master's in business administration (MBA) from McGill University.
