Lara Nourcy

Executive Vice-President and Leader, Individual Insurance and Financial Services

Lara Nourcy was previously Vice-President of Customer Experience, Partners and Operations Management in the Individual Insurance and Financial Services sector at La Capitale. Before joining the company, she held a number of managerial positions in a large financial services group. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science from Laval University and has nearly 30 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry.

Lara is a caring manager who throughout her career has combined setting ambitious business goals with a genuine concern for people and their development.

She is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Fondation du Musée national des beaux-arts du Québec.
