When the companies joined together, Martin Robert, a seasoned manager, was Vice-President of Talent, Culture and Communication. With over 25 years of experience in human resources management and labour relations, he had been working at SSQ Insurance for ten years. Martin is driven by cultural shifts, human issues, work-life balance, and healthy work habits.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in labour relations and is a member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés (CRHA).
In addition to being a member of the Board of Directors of Centraide Québec, Chaudières- Appalaches et Bas Saint-Laurent (United Way), Martin is a member of the TELUS Community Board of Quebec City. He is also Labour Division President of the Zone économique métropolitaine (ZEM), reporting directly to the Secrétariat à la Capitale-Nationale.
