  • Reporting and filing a claim

Be sure to have your insurance policy number handy. We need it to open a claim file. Then, we’ll walk you through the next steps.

  • Obtaining a damage appraisal and claim assessment

We ask you some questions to determine your responsability and the nature of the damage to your recreational vehicle. We can then assess whether it can be repaired and, if so, the cost of repairs.

Depending on your coverage, we determine the exact amount of your reimbursement.

  • Scheduling repairs and payment

When emergency repairs need to be done for safety reasons, go right ahead, even if your claim hasn’t been processed yet. Just hold on to your receipts.

Once the repairs are done, depending on the coverage specified in your contract and choice of repair shop, we’ll either pay the shop directly or send you a payment by direct deposit or by mail.

  • Tracking your claim in the Client Centre

Log in to your Client Centre account or head over to the app. All the important information and decisions made can be found there.
