First, log in to your Client Centre account, or use our app. Submitting a claim is simple and only takes a few minutes.

Call us at 1 855 747-7711, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Be sure to have your insurance policy number in hand. We’ll open a file and walk you through the next steps.
Provide the following information:
- Time and location of accident
- Vehicle involved
- What happened
- Person to contact to track the claim
Depending on the type of collision, we’ll let you know what's covered, the deductible and your responsibility.
Before submitting the claim form, if you so choose, you can select a repair shop to assess and repair your vehicle. Simply choose your appointment date and time based on the body shop’s availability. Look for an appointment confirmation in your emails.
Contact the body shop directly if you need to change your appointment date or time, or if you have any questions. From here on out, they’ll tell you what to do next.
Your vehicle is in need of urgent repairs but your claim hasn't been processed yet? Don’t wait! Safety first. Have the necessary repairs done and keep all your receipts.
Once repairs are done, as per the coverage stipulated in your contract and choice of repair shop, we’ll either pay the shop directly or send you a cheque by mail or pay you via direct deposit.

When a deductible applies, is it deducted from the amount. If your vehicle can be repaired, you pay the deductible to the repair shop you’ve chosen for your vehicle.
Changes in the cost of insurance at renewal are affected by several factors, such as where you live, vehicle usage, vehicle type and your driving record. Your record shows your accident history, which includes losses other than collisions.
If your claim is for a windshield repair, in most cases it won't affect your cost.
Yes, you can choose which shop repairs your vehicle. You can even make an appointment using the online claim form.
The damage to your car will be appraised by an accredited expert. We will assist you in this step. If you need help finding or choosing a garage, we work with a network of approved auto repair and body shops that can assess the damage and carry out the needed repairs.
