How Forbes ranks companies

The 2024 rankings of Canada’s best employers, compiled in partnership with Statista, a market research company, was created after surveying 40,000 Canadians who work in companies and institutions with a minimum of 500 employees. Participants were asked to evaluate certain aspects of their employers such as working conditions, growth potential and work-life balance.
