These are the main steps of our candidate recruiting process.
The order of the steps may vary depending on the nature of the position, but the goal remains the same: to get to know you.
When applying online, make sure to upload your resumé. You can also include a cover letter to tell us more about you.
Someone from Talent Acquisition may call you to get more information, explain the position and answer your questions.
The job interview, which may be done in person or remotely, is conducted by the manager and someone from Talent Acquisition. Together, you’ll discuss your previous experience, career goals, the position, the team and what we both bring to the table.
Depending on the position, you may be asked to take one or several tests. This is simply to confirm that the position is a good fit for your personality, talent, skills and career goals. This step ensures a fair process for everyone.
When applying for a job in the insurance and financial services industry, certain background checks are required. With your consent, we may check your criminal history, credit history, schooling or professional certifications.

Submitting a spontaneous application
In the search bar, type ‘Career in’. You’ll get several prompts like ‘Career in Claims’.
Select the one you’re most interested in. That way, our team will consider your application for future positions in that sector.

To make sure a job is legitimate, always check our Jobs page. That’s where we post all our openings.
Only after you are officially hired. You’ll be asked to enter your information directly in Workday, our secure HR platform. This is the only platform where we will ask you for personal information.
When in doubt, go to our Reporting Fraud page and fill out the form. In the event that your personal information was compromised, be sure to also contact the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre and the local police.
