The order of the steps may vary depending on the nature of the position, but the goal remains the same: to get to know you.

When applying online, make sure to upload your resumé. You can also include a cover letter to tell us more about you.

Someone from Talent Acquisition may call you to get more information, explain the position and answer your questions.

The job interview, which may be done in person or remotely, is conducted by the manager and someone from Talent Acquisition. Together, you’ll discuss your previous experience, career goals, the position, the team and what we both bring to the table.

Depending on the position, you may be asked to take one or several tests. This is simply to confirm that the position is a good fit for your personality, talent, skills and career goals. This step ensures a fair process for everyone.

When applying for a job in the insurance and financial services industry, certain background checks are required. With your consent, we may check your criminal history, credit history, schooling or professional certifications.

    Offer acceptance

    Someone at Talent Acquisition will contact you to offer you the position and explain the next steps. Take this opportunity to get answers to any lingering questions.

    Welcome and onboarding

    During the offer acceptance call, you’ll be informed on how to prepare for your first day. To make your hiring official, you’ll need to enter some personal information in Workday, our secure HR platform. This is the only platform on which your personal information is requested.

    First day

    Our HR team will greet you. After that, your manager and coworkers will accompany you in your new role. The goal is to make sure you feel comfortable straight away.
