How it works
Electronic applications, step-by-step
No need to create an account or memorize another password. Just use your Advisor Centre credentials to log in. That's it!

Once logged in, follow the prompts to complete the Insured and Contract sections with the client’s personal and medical information, and coverage choices. Attach any relevant document, like an illustration or proof of loan.
Applications give you the option to speed up the process by directly answering all the personal and medical questions. Prefer not to answer those questions? Choose the telephone interview option and answer them later.
Getting documents signed is a breeze thanks to e-signatures. Just click the Send for Signature button, and that’s that.
The dashboard is the first thing you see when you log in. It displays the details and status of the applications you've completed. The most recent ones are at the top of the list so you can keep a close eye on them.
