Billing and payments

Are there any changes to billing?

Yes. All La Capitale and SSQ Insurance products and services are now invoiced by Beneva.

If you have home, car or recreational vehicle insurance:

Your invoice now shows premiums by policy or contract number.

If you own SSQ Insurance or Beneva products, your invoice will show the premiums by policy or contract number.

If you still own La Capitale products, they will be grouped on your invoice by product number until their renewal.

Therefore, depending on the product held, there could be section of your invoice that includes renewed products and products grouped by policy as well as a section of La Capitale products grouped according to product detail.

Furthermore, the only name appearing on an invoice is the policyowner’s. The names of all insured persons appear in the contract.

I received an invoice by mail for my car, home or recreational insurance. Is that normal?

You will also receive your invoice in the mail if you chose to receive a paper copy of your contract. Please note that it’s not sent with your contract; you could receive it before or after.

Will there be any changes to the way I make my payments?
