Our operations are maintained. Transactions can be submitted via our secure electronic platforms accessible in the Advisor Centre, Savings and investments:
- Mobile Office: for most Investment Account (IA) transactions. See our user guide for details.
- Write to us: for all Beneva GIF transactions and IA transactions not available via the Mobile Office
To reduce error and speed up processing, use the PDF forms available in our Document Centre for transactions that cannot be submitted via the Mobile Office or the Write to us feature.
Please note that it may take longer than usual, although financial transactions are given priority. If there is a delay in processing a request, the transaction will be carried out at the unit value (price) of the day of receipt of the request as indicated in our Information folder and contract. There will be no impact for your client.
Fundserv advisors: you still have the option of submitting your transactions via Fundserv.
RRSP contribution statements will be mailed and also posted in the Client Centre by mid-February.
Investment statement files are available in the Advisor Centre:
