How it works
Mobile Office, step-by-step
To use Mobile Office, you must have an active Beneva Advisor Centre account. There are two ways to access it:
In the Client Centre
- Once you’re logged in, head over to Savings and investments and select Access Mobile Office from the menu.
Via a direct link
- You can also access Mobile Office via this direct link. Simply log in with the same ID and password you use for your Advisor Centre account.
Mobile Office is THE savings and investments form that follows you wherever you go.
Send in new applications or instructions for existing contracts in just a few clicks.
Documents can be signed remotely. Mobile Office also saves you time by letting your clients know when they need to sign documents.
You can rest easy, and so can your clients! Electronic forms are securely sent to you, your client and your general agent. We keep personal information safe at all times.

Yes there is!
You can include with your request:
- A photograph of the void cheque (accepted formats: PNG and JPEG).
- A copy of the void cheque in PDF format.
Picture-taking tips:
- Make sure to have adequate lighting for a clear image.
- Make sure the numbers on the void cheque are in line with the bottom of the image.
- When using the auto-read feature, click I confirm.
- If the auto-read feature fails, enter the data by hand and click I confirm.
Mobile Office will securely send you and your client your respective copies. Clients with no email address? No worries, they get their copy by mail.

- Log in to the Advisor Centre.
- Head over to Savings and investments, then under Email us click Submit a request.
- Fill out the form, attach the PDF and hit send.
