Our measures to support you

Your well-being and safety are of the utmost importance to us. That's why we've implemented measures to support our members and clients residing in areas affected by forest fires.

Psychological support

After what you’ve been through, it’s normal to want to talk about it. We have a free helpline in place available to all our clients, operated by our partner TELUS Health. This service provides up to three hours of confidential psychological support. Don't hesitate to reach out for help if you need it.

Prescription drug replacement

We understand prescription drugs may have been forgotten during evacuations or lost in the fires. Pharmacists will be accepting early renewals, so you can refill your medication even if the 30-day period since your last refill has not expired.

Living expenses

If you are unable to access your home due to an evacuation order, you can claim up to 14 days of living expenses, such as accommodation and meals. Consult your home insurance contract for your coverage details.
