Employee Assistance Program (EAP): the ideal complement to health insurance
Our EAP offers flexible support with a caring approach to plan members and their dependents in the event of work, personal or family issues, or problems related to physical or mental health.

Counselling with specialists over the phone, in person or virtually.

Manager Assistance Program (MAP)
Our MAP supports managers through difficult times to help improve well-being on the team and prevent absenteeism.
What services are offered?

Unlimited coaching over the phone
Adapted to the specific needs of managers and company representatives.

Crisis intervention
In under an hour, receive the necessary support by phone. In situations requiring an intervention on company premises, a specialist will be on site in less than 24 hours.

Psychological support services for employees (by referral)
This service provides plan members with effective professional psychological support, by referral from the manager or company representative.
