Making a car or recreational vehicle claim

  • Notify the police and keep the police report number.
  • Move your vehicle to a safe location.
  • If your vehicle is roadworthy, only get urgent repairs done that are needed for your safety (preferably at a partner dealership).
  • If your vehicle is not roadworthy, get it towed to the nearest partner dealership.
  • To continue on your way, if needed, rent a vehicle by calling Enterprise Car Rental at 1 800 736-8222.
  • Keep your invoices handy.
