We meet

Your profile looks great and we’d love to meet you. Let’s touch base and get to know each other better.  

 

  • First contact

    This first 15-minute interview is a friendly chat to get a clearer picture of your ambitions, to introduce you to Beneva and to answer any questions you have.

  • The interview and psychometric test

    If our interest is mutual, our team will send you an email for another interview. It will include a link to a psychometric test to take beforehand. This test highlights your strengths, preferences and profile. 

  • Assessing your network

    We will need to assess your network's potential. This step allows us to successfully kick off your career.  

    If your application isn’t selected, we’ll let you know by email, and we will keep your contact information for future opportunities.

Step 3

We help you get started

You’ll see from day one how our people take good care of you. This is a new adventure, and we’re here to make sure it starts off right.

 

  • Your beginnings in the trade

    We help you hit the ground running. With online training, a self-learning structure and virtual help weekly, we prep you to pass the four AMF exams: 

    • • Life insurance
    • • Accident and sickness insurance
    • • Segregated funds and annuities
    • • Ethics and professional practice
  • Your business plan

    While you hit the books, we help you build your business plan. You’ll get training to hone your solicitation and presentation skills. Your manager will join you during your first meetings with clients, and your colleagues are a gold mine of advice. To help you get your bearings, we take the time to  welcome you and help you prepare.  

  • Your first year

    You’ll get the coaching you need from your manager to reach your goals. Once that is achieved, the next step is to serve Quebec’s public and parapublic sector clientele.

    The secret to your success: Consistency and a steady number of appointments each week.
