How does a business insurance claim work?

  • Step one: reach for your phone.

    Our general line is always open. Just give us a call to get started.

  • We open your file with you.

    If your situation involves the police, remember to keep the police report number, you'll need it to file your claim.

  • Damage appraisal and claim assessment.

    We need to determine your liability and the extent of the damage to your vehicle.

  • Your settlement.

    If the loss is covered, the reimbursement can be paid either to you or directly to the repair shop.

  • We keep you posted so you know what’s going on every step of the way.

    You don’t have to check your claim’s status every day. Rest assured that you’ll be notified about important decisions and information.

If the reimbursement is paid to you, the deductible will first be taken from this payment.

If not, you have to pay the deductible to the repair shop you choose.

Yes, you can choose which shop repairs your vehicle. The damage to your car will be appraised by an accredited expert. We will assist you in this step. If you need help finding or choosing a garage, we work with a network of approved auto repair and body shops that can assess the damage and carry out the needed repairs.
