It’s done! SSQ Insurance’s secure investment site has been transferred over to the Beneva Client Centre. You’ll enjoy a simplified, more intuitive user experience.

Plus, if you have other products with us, you’ll find them there too!

Steps to follow

Let’s get you logged in!

Follow these 3 easy steps to create your Beneva Client Centre account (if you don’t already one) and access your investments.


Step 1

Already have a Beneva or SSQ Insurance Client Centre account?

YES. You don’t have to create a new account.
Use the same email and password as before to log in to your Beneva online account.

NO. You’ll have to create one.
Head over to, click Log in at the top of your screen, then select Clients. Click the Create your account button and follow the instructions.


Step 2

To link your investment portfolio to your account, go to the Request to display product message and click Start a request.


Step 3

Enter your reference number. You can find this number on your paper investment statement (the only place you’ll find it).

Bringing our online services together was the perfect opportunity to improve your digital experience. The secure site is now part of the Beneva Client Centre and you can view all your products in the same place. But you need an account for that.

You have 3 options:

  1. Get in touch with your financial security advisor.
  2. Wait for your mid-year statement (June 30), it includes your reference number.
  3. Give us a call at 1 800 320-4887 and mention the CE1 code.

No. Your products won’t display automatically. You really must create your Client Centre account (if you don’t already have one) and add your products manually.
